It's days before I shoot an extreme challenge video with www.scissorfoxes.com, so I call my personal trainer to have him give me a little last-minute help. I comes over and begins to take me through a few arm workouts before I stop him. I ask him why we're working out my arms when the challenge I'm about to do focuses solely on scissorholds. He explains that I should do a "well-balanced" workout, but I don't agree. I called him over for the sole purpose of being my victim so I can practice my scissorhold. He tries to get out of it, but after some teasing from me about how wimpy and wussy he's being, he finally agrees to be my victim.
The rules are pretty simple: I place him in a reverse scissorhold and he tries to get out. I do this for as long as I can or until he passes out. Will I be able to lock him in place for a long time? Will he escape? Or will he simply pass out?
